Q : Can you make this item in 16 gauge 6mm?

No, we only carry the item for 18 gauge for fully healed piercing that was initially pierced with 16G. If you pierced with 16G and it is fully healed, this is the right size.  Downsizing is very important for all cartilage piercings.
